E-TOU-C: Time-of-Use (Peak 4–9 pm), Region X

  • Peak 4 pm–9 pm on July weekdays; 5 of 24 hours carry the top price of 52.2¢.
  • The cheapest July weekday hour costs 39.9¢, so moving 1 kWh out of the top hours saves 12.3¢.
  • January weekdays range from 36.8¢ to 39.8¢.
  • Summer pricing applies Jun–Sep; winter pricing Oct–May.
  • Fixed charge: $24.15 a month.

E-1: Tiered Rate Plan, Region X

  • In July the first 10 kWh a day cost 32.6¢ each; then 40.7¢ above 10 kWh a day.
