RS: Residential Standard Service

In July the first 900 kWh a month cost 14.2¢ each; then 15.1¢ above 900 kWh a month.
An average Kansas home (1,364 kWh in July) goes past the first tier, so extra load such as an EV is priced higher.
Fixed charge: $15.25 a month.

TOU: Residential Time of Use

Mid-peak 12 am–1 am, Mid-peak 7 am–5 pm, Peak 5 pm–9 pm, Mid-peak 9 pm–12 am on July weekdays; 4 of 24 hours carry the top price of 31.2¢.
