RPKA (Residential Peak Adjustment Service (Default Time Based Plan)). Mid-peak 6 am–4 pm, Peak 4 pm–8 pm, Mid-peak 8 pm–12 am on July weekdays; 4 of 24 hours carry the top price of 16.2¢. The cheapest July weekday hour costs 14.0¢, so moving 1 kWh out of the top hours saves 2.2¢. January weekdays range from 8.5¢ to 9.9¢. Summer pricing applies Jun–Sep; winter pricing Oct–May. Fixed charge: $12.90 a month.

As a cross-check, Evergy Missouri West billed its residential customers an average of 12.55¢ per kWh in 2024 (revenue ÷ sales, EIA-861). A plan taken from URDB is shown only if its all-in price is consistent with that figure, adjusted for Missouri’s price change since.
