RE-TOU: Residential Energy Time-of-Use
- Peak 5 pm–9 pm on July weekdays; 4 of 24 hours carry the top price of 36.2¢.
- The cheapest July weekday hour costs 14.3¢, so moving 1 kWh out of the top hours saves 21.9¢.
- January weekdays range from 12.6¢ to 31.4¢.
- Summer pricing applies Jun–Sep; winter pricing Oct–May.
- Weekends follow a different schedule from weekdays.
- Fixed charge: $8.19 a month.
R-OO: Residential General Service Opt-Out
- One price per kWh at every hour: 18.4¢ in July and 15.5¢ in January.
- Shifting use to other hours changes nothing on this plan; using less is the only lever.
- Fixed charge: $8.19 a month.
