How Ameren Missouri’s plans work

The cheapest July weekday hour costs 16.2¢, so moving 1 kWh out of the top hours saves 0.6¢. In January every hour costs the same (8.0¢). Summer pricing applies Jun–Sep; winter pricing Oct–May. Weekends follow a different schedule from weekdays. Fixed charge: $9.19 a month.
Prices on this page are all-in per kWh, before taxes: base rates, supply and every per-kWh rider in the utility’s current tariff sheets. Your bill shows them as separate lines, and riders can change between tariff revisions.
As a cross-check, Ameren Missouri billed its residential customers an average of 12.56¢ per kWh in 2024 (revenue ÷ sales, EIA-861). A plan taken from URDB is shown only if its all-in price is consistent with that figure, adjusted for Missouri’s price change since.
