D01: Residential Service

  • One price per kWh at every hour: 13.5¢ in July and 11.9¢ in January.
  • Shifting use to other hours changes nothing on this plan; using less is the only lever.
  • Fixed charge: $21.50 a month.

D02: Residential Time of Day

  • Peak 9 am–9 pm on July weekdays; 12 of 24 hours carry the top price of 22.1¢.
  • The cheapest July weekday hour costs 8.3¢, so moving 1 kWh out of the top hours saves 13.8¢.
  • January weekdays range from 8.3¢ to 17.8¢.
  • Summer pricing applies Jun–Sep; winter pricing Oct–May.
