RS: Residential Service

  • In July the first 2,000 kWh a month cost 20.1¢ each; then 20.1¢ above 2,000 kWh a month, then 20.0¢ above 15,000 kWh a month.

  • Fixed charge: $18.09 a month.

RS-TOU: Residential Time-of-Use

  • Peak 2 pm–6 pm on July weekdays; 4 of 24 hours carry the top price of 39.7¢.
