R: Residential Service

  • One price per kWh at every hour, all year: 22.0¢.

R-TOU: Residential Time-of-Use

  • Mid-peak 6 am–2 pm, Peak 2 pm–6 pm, Mid-peak 6 pm–12 am on July weekdays; 4 of 24 hours carry the top price of 42.7¢.
  • The cheapest July weekday hour costs 17.0¢, so moving 1 kWh out of the top hours saves 25.7¢.
  • January weekdays range from 17.0¢ to 42.7¢.
