How the two plans work

Schedule 1: Residential Service

  • In July the first 400 kWh a month cost 11.1¢ each; then 14.1¢ above 400 kWh a month.
  • An average Utah home (1,292 kWh in July) goes past the first tier, so extra load such as an EV is priced higher.

Schedule 1 TOU: Residential Time of Use
