Rate 01: Residential Service

  • One price per kWh at every hour, all year: 25.4¢.
  • Shifting use to other hours changes nothing on this plan; using less is the only lever.
  • Fixed charge: $23.12 a month.

Rate 11: Optional Residential Time of Day

  • Peak 1 pm–9 pm on July weekdays; 8 of 24 hours carry the top price of 39.8¢.
  • The cheapest July weekday hour costs 17.6¢, so moving 1 kWh out of the top hours saves 22.2¢.
  • January weekdays range from 17.6¢ to 39.8¢.
  • Weekends follow a different schedule from weekdays.
  • Fixed charge: $30.20 a month.
