Rg 1: Residential Service

  • One price per kWh at every hour, all year: 19.6¢.
  • Shifting use to other hours changes nothing on this plan; using less is the only lever.

Rg 2: Residential Time-of-Use, Option A

  • Peak 7 am–7 pm on July weekdays; 12 of 24 hours carry the top price of 30.3¢.
