- Mid-peak 6 am–10 am, Mid-peak 2 pm–4 pm, Peak 4 pm–9 pm, Mid-peak 9 pm–12 am on July weekdays; 5 of 24 hours carry the top price of 69.1¢.
- The cheapest July weekday hour costs 37.4¢, so moving 1 kWh out of the top hours saves 31.7¢.
- January weekdays range from 43.7¢ to 61.5¢.
- Summer pricing applies Jun–Oct; winter pricing Nov–May.
- Weekends follow a different schedule from weekdays.
- Fixed charge: $24.15 a month.
TOU-ELEC: Time-of-Use for Electrified Homes
