EV-TOU-5: EV Time-of-Use 5
- Mid-peak 6 am–10 am, Mid-peak 2 pm–4 pm, Peak 4 pm–9 pm, Mid-peak 9 pm–12 am on July weekdays; 5 of 24 hours carry the top price of 80.2¢.
