How the two plans work

Schedule R: Residential Service

  • One price per kWh at every hour: 20.7¢ in July and 21.2¢ in January.
  • Shifting use to other hours changes nothing on this plan; using less is the only lever.
  • Fixed charge: $10.32 a month.

Schedule EV: Residential EV Time-of-Use

  • Peak 10 am–8 pm on July weekdays; 10 of 24 hours carry the top price of 29.6¢.
  • The cheapest July weekday hour costs 15.9¢, so moving 1 kWh out of the top hours saves 13.7¢.
  • January weekdays range from 17.7¢ to 31.4¢.
  • Summer pricing applies Jun–Sep; winter pricing Oct–May.
  • Weekends follow a different schedule from weekdays.
  • Fixed charge: $10.32 a month.
