Schedule RL: Residential Optional Time of Use

  • Mid-peak 7 am–10 am, Peak 10 am–8 pm, Mid-peak 8 pm–11 pm on July weekdays; 10 of 24 hours carry the top price of 30.3¢.
  • The cheapest July weekday hour costs 16.0¢, so moving 1 kWh out of the top hours saves 14.3¢.
  • January weekdays range from 18.1¢ to 31.8¢.
  • Summer pricing applies Jun–Sep; winter pricing Oct–May.
  • Weekends follow a different schedule from weekdays.
