RSTOD is time-of-use (summer weekdays: Peak 2 pm–7 pm; lowest price 7 pm–2 pm next day), with a fixed charge of $19.27 a month. RSEV is time-of-use (summer weekdays: Mid-peak 6 am–2 pm, Peak 2 pm–7 pm, Mid-peak 7 pm–11 pm; lowest price 11 pm–6 am next day), with a fixed charge of $19.27 a month.

  • Peak 2 pm–7 pm on July weekdays; 5 of 24 hours carry the top price of 34.2¢.
